The state-of-the-art gym offers over 100 pieces of the latest, most advanced cardio and muscular fitness equipment, complete with a full weights section and a functional training area that can be tailored to cater for a wide variety of gym-goers of any fitness level. With a variety of new group exercise studios, there is a huge selection of group fitness classes for you to enjoy. Ranging from intense calorie-killing classes in the group exercise and cycling studios, to more relaxed, calming sessions in the Earth and Sky Virtual Studio. This is a holistic studio with a wonderfully calming ambience, offering a full virtual programme of yoga, Pilates and more. Whatever your fitness goals may be, you're sure to find the right class for you, while the social nature of the sessions means you can meet new people too. Hucknall are proud to offer Everyone Active's award-winning swimming lessons now in both the main pool and newly built teaching pool. The six-lane, 25m traditional pool with a moveable floor will also be hosting all swimming events, inflatable sessions, aqua classes and general swims while the teaching pool will also hold additional family fun sessions for everyone to enjoy. The four-court sports hall offers a range of activities, such as five-a-side football, gymnastics, badminton, archery and more. You can even hire it out for children's parties and other events.
